We work just as hard to ensure you receive top quality designs and the deposit ensures we are paid for our initial time spent on your project.

You will usually receive a proof within 1-3 working days, however, some products may take longer due to them being more complex in design, such as logo design and company profiles.

Once your product design has been finalised and full payment has been made, you will receive your design as a print-ready pdf file with crop marks and bleed. Logo Designs will be provided as a eps, pdf, jpg and png file. If you would like any other format, please advise.

If you request an editable source file, you’ll likely need specialised design software to edit the file. However, you may also risk altering your design for the worst if you don’t have any design knowledge yourself. A Word document may also be supplied, but please note that Word is not created for design capabilities and artwork may become jumbled.

I am able to turn-around any urgent designs to meet your deadline, as long as it is still realistically possible.

There are no copyright terms associated with your design. Once you are happy with the chosen design, and full payment has been made, it is your to use as you wish, with no hidden fees. I may post your final design on JadeG Design social media accounts for others to see.
